Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms set out the rules for using Pawli. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The most important part
Pawli helps you organize your pet's care, but it isn't a veterinary service. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't prescribe and doesn't replace a visit to your vet. If your pet has an emergency, contact a vet right away.
1. Who we are
Pawli is a service of Pawliaiapp, located in the Republic of Panama. You can reach us at admin@pawlyaiapp.com.
2. What Pawli is
Pawli is an app for organizing the daily care and health history of dogs and cats, and for sharing that care with other people in your household.
3. Pawli isn't a veterinary service
- Nanny offers general care guidance, and Vet Copilot organizes what you've logged. Neither one diagnoses or recommends treatments or doses.
- Decisions about your pet's health belong to you and your vet.
- Your records are only as accurate as what you and your household log. Pawli doesn't verify information you attribute to a vet.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Use accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- If you think someone accessed your account without permission, write to us at admin@pawlyaiapp.com.
5. Your content
What you log and upload, such as photos, documents and notes, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it to you and your household, only to provide the service. You must have the right to upload whatever you upload.
6. Your household
- Whoever creates a household can invite and remove people. Other members can see and log care according to their role.
- Only invite people you trust: they'll be able to see the history of the household's pets.
- If you created the household, you'll need to remove the other members before deleting your account.
7. Acceptable use
When you use Pawli, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything illegal or harmful to people or animals.
- Try to access accounts, households or data that aren't yours.
- Copy, decompile or interfere with how the app works.
- Use Nanny in an automated or abusive way.
8. Reminders and notifications
Alerts depend on your phone and the permissions you grant. If an alert doesn't arrive, the reminder still shows up in Today. For critical care such as medications, check Today rather than relying on notifications alone.
9. Pricing
[To be defined: whether Pawli is free or will have a paid plan.] If we offer paid features in the future, we'll tell you the price and terms before charging you.
10. Changes to the service
Pawli is still growing. We may add, change or remove features. If a change affects you in an important way, we'll let you know in advance.
11. Liability
We work hard to keep Pawli running well and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions about your pet's health made based on the app, or for indirect damages arising from its use. [Review and adjust with a lawyer under the applicable law.]
12. Closing your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time; what happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Panama City.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change anything important, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
